Practice
BG Architecture formerly Brisac Gonzalez, reflects the evolution of the multiple award winning Southwark-based practice founded in 1999. We are committed to providing innovative, people-centric design solutions, focusing on sustainability, reducing carbon in construction, and careful consideration of site-specific challenges and opportunities.
Our central London work focus on new built and retrofit office and residential schemes. The latter includes both private and public housing. We regularly work with local authorities to deliver quality, affordable housing on infill sites. Recent proposals and planning consent include schemes for Royal Borough of Greenwich, London Borough of Southwark, and London Borough of Islington.
Aside from housing, the practice has extensive experience in a variety of uses including cultural, mixed-use, sports, and educational buildings at all scales throughout the UK and EU. Recent European work includes a build to rent scheme in central Luxembourg for twenty-one upscale apartments.
Edgar Gonzalez serves as Creative and Managing Director as we explore establishing an employee benefit trust.
